Rosalind Hilton (Director & Licensed Insolvency Practitioner)

Rosalind has a unique set of experience in insolvency. She started her career in the Insolvency department at a national firm then moved to Price Waterhouse in London, before moving to Blackpool in 1994 to become one of the first Inspectors with the Joint Insolvency Monitoring Unit.

Rosalind became a partner in Adcrofts in April 1997, when the founding Insolvency Practitioner, Peter Adcroft, retired. She has run the firm as a sole practitioner since April 2001. Rosalind is licensed by the Insolvency Practitioners Association. In addition to her responsibilities within the firm, Rosalind has been a member of the General Technical Committee of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3) since 2002. She has also been a member of the Membership & Authorisation Committee for the Insolvency Practitioners Assocation.

Dave Beech (Director)

Dave joined Adcroft Hilton in 2006 having worked for national companies for several years, and has an extensive knowledge of different businesses. He specialises in restructuring and turning around companies that are facing financial difficulty. As one of the Directors, he is very passionate about the business and its clients, ensuring that at all times the solution offered is the best for each client. Dave believes there is no single fix for every business and treats every client as an individual.

Sheryl Armer (Personal Insolvency Manager and Office Manager)

Sheryl has been with Adcroft Hilton since 2004, after working for a local travel agent for five years, where she learned the importance of customer service and personal attention. Sheryl specialises in personal insolvency and passed the CPPI exam (Certificate of Proficiency in Personal Insolvency) in 2012. She takes pride in being very compassionate and understanding with all her clients and helping them to find the right solution for their circumstances.  Sheryl was a finalist in the Enterprise Vision Awards in 2014 and in 2017 won the award for financial services.

Sonya Brannigan (Corporate Insolvency Manager)

Sonya joined Adcroft Hilton in May 2013 having worked in the insolvency profession for both large and small firms since 2005. Sonya spends most of her time working with companies and also provides advice to individuals who are experiencing financial difficulty. Her focus is on businesses with trading issues, whether companies or sole traders and can also deal with solvent Liquidations (MVL’s).  Sonya was a finalist in the Enterprise Vision Awards in 2015, 2016 and 2017 in the financial services category.

Katrina Smith (Case Administrator)

Katrina joined Adcroft Hilton in March 2011 as the Receptionist and is now a case administrator.  Katrina really enjoys helping people and prides herself on providing excellent customer service.  The majority of Katrina’s time is working on the Corporate side and she is regularly complimented on how helpful she is.

Gareth Bond (Accounts & Cashier)

Gareth joined Adcroft Hilton in July 2014 after spending many years working in the accounts department of a large multinational manufacturing company.  Gareth is responsible for the cashiering for both corporate and personal clients and looks after the accounts for Adcroft Hilton.  He is very meticulous when it comes down to figures and is very organised in all his roles.

Ben Reid (Reception & Admin Support)

Ben joined the team at Adcroft Hilton in January 2017 as an apprentice which he has now completed.  He looks after Reception and offers admin support to everyone in the Office. He is a great team member and is always willing to help everyone.
