Rosalind Hilton (Director & Licensed Insolvency Practitioner)

Rosalind has been running the firm since 1997, after working for two large accountancy practices. She has always specialised in insolvency and business recovery and enjoys the combined challenges of commercial and legal issues.  Rosalind believes in providing everyone who consults Adcroft Hilton with the best possible advice and loves working with a team that shares her enthusiasm for helping people and businesses through difficult times.

Dave Beech (Director)

Dave joined Adcroft Hilton in 2006 having worked for national companies for several years, and has an extensive knowledge of different businesses. He specialises in restructuring and turning around companies that are facing financial difficulty. As one of the Directors, he is very passionate about the business and its clients, ensuring that at all times the solution offered is the best for each client. Dave believes there is no single fix for every business and treats every client as an individual.

Sheryl Armer (Personal Insolvency Manager and Office Manager)

Sheryl has been with Adcroft Hilton since 2004, after working for a local travel agent for five years, where she learned the importance of customer service and personal attention. Sheryl specialises in personal insolvency and passed the CPPI exam (Certificate of Proficiency in Personal Insolvency) in 2012. She takes pride in being very compassionate and understanding with all her clients and helping them to find the right solution for their circumstances.  Sheryl was a finalist in the Enterprise Vision Awards in 2014 and in 2017 won the award for financial services.

Sonya Brannigan (Corporate Insolvency Manager)

Sonya joined Adcroft Hilton in May 2013 having worked in the insolvency profession for both large and small firms since 2005. Sonya spends most of her time working with companies and also provides advice to individuals who are experiencing financial difficulty. Her focus is on businesses with trading issues, whether companies or sole traders and can also deal with solvent Liquidations (MVL’s).  Sonya was a finalist in the Enterprise Vision Awards in 2015, 2016 and 2017 in the financial services category.

Katrina Smith (Administrator)

Katrina joined Adcroft Hilton in March 2011 as the Receptionist and is now a case administrator.  Katrina really enjoys helping people and prides herself on providing excellent customer service.  The majority of Katrina’s time is working on the Corporate side and she is regularly complimented on how helpful she is.

Gareth Bond (Accounts & Cashier)

Gareth joined Adcroft Hilton in July 2014 after spending many years working in the accounts department of a large multinational manufacturing company.  Gareth is responsible for the cashiering for both corporate and personal clients and looks after the accounts for Adcroft Hilton.  He is very meticulous when it comes down to figures and is very organised in all his roles.

Erin joined Adcroft Hilton in August 2019 after previously working in youth and community work.  Erin assists Sonya with corporate clients and she is always very organised and loves helping people.

Gareth McDonald

Gareth McDonald (Advice & Marketing)

Gareth looks after most of our marketing so if you’ve received an email from us it probably started life on Gareth’s desk.  He is the first point of contact for quite a lot of our clients so you might well have spoken to him in person.  He enjoys having the chance to help people start figuring out how to solve their business problems.

He also produces our YouTube videos and it’s his dulcet tones you hear when you’re watching them; whether that’s a good thing or a bad thing, we’ll leave you to judge.

And yes, it can be a bit confusing having two Gareths in the company.
