Rosalind has been running the firm since 1997, after working for two large accountancy practices. She has always specialised in insolvency and business recovery and enjoys the combined challenges of commercial and legal issues. Rosalind believes in providing everyone who consults Adcroft Hilton with the best possible advice and loves working with a team that shares her enthusiasm for helping people and businesses through difficult times.

Personal Insolvency Manager and Office Manager
Sheryl has been with Adcroft Hilton since 2004, after working for a local travel agent for five years, where she learned the importance of customer service and personal attention. Sheryl specialises in personal insolvency and passed the CPPI exam (Certificate of Proficiency in Personal Insolvency) in 2012. She takes pride in being very compassionate and understanding with all her clients and helping them to find the right solution for their circumstances. Sheryl was a finalist in the Enterprise Vision Awards in 2014 and in 2017 won the award for financial services.

Jane joined Adcroft Hilton in January 2025 having worked in the insolvency profession since 1999. Jane became a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner in 2005 and can assist individuals and companies who are experiencing financial difficulty. She specialises in assisting directors to find the right solution for their company.

Advice & Marketing
Gareth looks after most of our marketing so if you’ve received an email from us it probably started life on Gareth’s desk. He is the first point of contact for quite a lot of our clients so you might well have spoken to him in person. He enjoys having the chance to help people start figuring out how to solve their business problems.
He also produces our YouTube videos and it’s his dulcet tones you hear when you’re watching them; whether that’s a good thing or a bad thing, we’ll leave you to judge.
Accounts Apprentice
Liam joined Adcroft Hilton in October 2023 as an Apprentice. Liam has just finished his level 2 qualification, and is now looking at starting level 3 AAT. He is a computer whiz and a great asset to the team.
